Description:

EX-10-108 is manufactured for adhering textiles or fabrics to polyurethane foam, as well as for attaching polyurethane foam to wooden frames in the upholstery or sofa manufacturing sectors. It is also used for insulation applications, such as aluminum foil, when applied to fiberglass or PE foam in air conditioning and ventilation duct systems.

Direction:

1. Ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or grease.
2. Apply EX-10-108 adhesive to both surfaces using a brush, roller, or spray to achieve a uniform coating.
3. Allow the adhesive to dry until it becomes tacky to the touch, typically around 3 to 30 minutes, depending on the porosity of the surfaces.
4. Press the surfaces together evenly and firmly to ensure a strong bond.
5. Use solvents such as turpentine or white spirit as a thinner or cleaner.
