E-100 Performance (Low Formaldehyde) is a versatile, high-performance contact adhesive specially formulated with reduced formaldehyde content to support healthier indoor environments while maintaining excellent bonding strength. This solvent-based adhesive is suitable for bonding a wide range of materials and is ideal for furniture manufacturing, construction, and interior decoration applications where lower formaldehyde emissions are preferred. It provides a strong, durable bond and is easy to apply using a brush, scraper, or roller.

Direction:

  1. Ensure that surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grit, oil, or grease.
  2. Apply E-100 Performance (Low Formaldehyde) to both surfaces with a brush or scraper to give a uniform coating.
  3. Wait for 3 to 30 minutes, according to surface porosity.
  4. Apply even pressure to the assembly to ensure uniform bonding.
  5. Use solvents such as turpentine or white spirit as a thinner or cleaner.
