E-20 Primer offers excellent adhesion properties and low viscosity. This primer is particularly effective in enhancing the bonding of various substrates. E-20 Primer is easy to apply and ensures a strong, durable bond.

Directions:

  1. Ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or grease.
  2. Apply a thin, even coat of E-20 Primer to the surface using a brush, roller, or spray equipment.
  3. Allow the primer to dry completely before bonding. This typically takes around 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the environment and the substrate material.
  4. Apply the adhesive for the synthetic rubber component to the primed surface as per the manufacturer's instructions.
  5. Use solvents such as turpentine or white spirit as a thinner or cleaner.
