Direction:
- Ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or grease.
- Apply E-136 adhesive to both surfaces using a brush, roller, or spray equipment to achieve a uniform coating.
- Allow the adhesive to dry until it becomes tacky to the touch, typically around 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the environmental conditions and the surfaces involved.
- Press the surfaces together evenly and firmly to ensure a strong bond.
- For best results, clamp or press the bonded surfaces together to ensure even contact and strong adhesion. Clamping time may vary based on materials and conditions but typically ranges from 1 to 2 hours.
- Allow the bonded assembly to cure fully, which usually takes about 24 hours for maximum bond strength.
- Use solvents such as turpentine or white spirit as a thinner or cleaner.
